Sean Hogan

In 1999 Sean, along with his two brothers, formed Hogan Properties in Upstate South Carolina. Hogan Properties was a full service residential real estate company encompassing development, construction, and sales. Hogan Properties development was known for Kilgore Farms, a 357 lot subdivision featuring native areas, two pools, a cabana clubhouse, and a full clubhouse, and for The Edge at North Main, a 50 unit luxury condominium located on North Main Street in the heart of Greenville. Hogan Properties Construction built well over 200 homes with an eye for design and an attention to detail. A “Hogan” home is still coveted today. After moving his family to Polk County, North Carolina, Sean was somewhat idle in the construction and development business and focused mostly on real estate sales, matching buyers and sellers through the very challenging pandemic and pre-pandemic markets. During this time Sean partnered with his son Matthew “Miller” Hogan and began building and remodeling homes in Polk County, and in October of 2023 father and son formed Hogan and Hogan Construction with the hopes of leveraging Sean’s twenty five years of experience and Miller’s youth, energy, and mechanical aptitude to bring well-crafted new homes and remodels to the Upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina.

Miller Hogan

Growing up as the son of a builder, Miller spent much of his youth visiting job sites and development projects with his father. Miller was curious about the construction process from a young age and possessed an innate mechanical ability. Through late adolescence and into his high school years, Miller was forever tinkering with anything mechanical. After graduating from Polk County High School, he enrolled in Cleveland Community College to study HVAC. He later founded Hogan HVAC. In 2019, Miller purchased a circa 1896 run down house in Columbus, NC, and with the help of his father they remodeled the home. This project led to other remodeling opportunities and new builds. Together father and son decided to form Hogan and Hogan Construction in October of 2023.
